What is required to save my date?
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 and a signed contract with Rosewood Farms will secure your date!
do you have both indoor and outdoor reception/ceremony spaces?
Yes, we have several distinct indoor and outdoor venues perfect for both intimate and larger events. Including, but not limited to The Rustic Barn, the lower level of the Rustic Barn, The Rose Barn, The Courtyard, The Pond and The Patios.
Is there a back up plan for bad weather?
Yes, as we have several indoor and covered outdoor locations.
Can I have a rehearsal at the venue?
Yes! We will do all we can and would love to discuss your wishes.
Will there be more than one event on my wedding day?
No! We believe that your event is special and want to be able to give you our undivided attention.
What time can I arrive with my vendors on the day of?
Please refer to your contracted time as event times may vary. Typical operating hours for an all day event are 11am-10pm with an additional hour to clean up.
are vehicles allowed to remain overnight?
Yes. Our goal is for all of our guests to be safe and to have a great time. If someone needs to leave their car overnight, we ask that it is picked up by 10am the following morning.
Does my event have to end by a certain time?
In accordance with noise ordinances and our commitment to being good neighbors, music and your event should end by 10pm with an hour of vendor cleanup time after. We require that a reasonable noise level be maintained at all times and Rosewood employees reserve the right to request the music be turned down.
Will someone from rosewood be there for my event?
Yes! A Venue Manager will be there to make sure everything associated with the venue runs smoothly. If you would like more assistance on your wedding day, you could consider hiring a Day-of Coordinator for your event to help move things move along smoothly. however this is not required. A Day-of Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating your vendors and ceremony processions, however some also assist with set up and logistics. We can recommend Coordinators and Planners that we enjoy working with, just ask!
