What type of events are held at rosewood farms?
We host weddings, corporate events, conferences, benefits, birthday and anniversary parties, plus more.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is due upon signing a contract with Rosewood Farms.
do you have both indoor and outdoor reception/ceremony spaces?
Yes, we have several distinctive indoor and outdoor venues perfect for both intimate events and larger events.
Is there a back up plan for bad weather?
Yes, we have two large open patios along with two air conditioned and heated barns perfect for year-round events.
Can I have a rehearsal?
Yes! We will do all we can and would love to discuss your wishes.
Will there be more than one event on my wedding day?
No! We believe that your event is special and want to be able to give you our undivided attention.
What time can I arrive with my vendors on the day of?
Please refer to your contracted time as event times may vary. Typically operating hours for an all day event are 11am-10pm with an additional hour to clean up.
are vehicles allowed to remain overnight if my guests can't drive home?
Our goal is for all of our guests to be safe and to have a great time. If someone needs to leave their car overnight, we ask that it is picked up by 10am the following morning.
When must my event end? is there a noise restriction?
We do require that a reasonable noise level be maintained and Rosewood employees reserve the right to request the music be turned down. We strive to be good neighbors and therefore music should cease by 10pm.
do you offer on-site coordination?
You are required to hire an on-site day-of coordinator for your event from Rosewood Farms. This is an additional fee not included with the venue costs. Your day-of coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating your vendors and ceremony processions. If you wish to hire a wedding planner to assist with set up and logistics, you may do so, however a Rosewood Coordinator is still required.
